Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At our establishment, careful preparation, time management, and dedicated service go into every appointment, session, and event. To safeguard the time, energy, and resources invested in each booking, we have established a clear rescheduling policy. These policies regarding appointment cancellations apply to all clients to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment allow for easy rescheduling without penalty, in line with our rescheduling policy. We understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time, and we will gladly assist in rescheduling your reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, a fee of 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s) will be charged.

We understand that emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly. However, appointment cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment—including those due to illness—significantly impact our operations and availability. Our rescheduling policy states that all deposits for same-day and 24-hour cancellations are non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and support of our time, energy, and commitment to providing quality service.

Failure to communicate, cancel, or arrive for your appointment is considered a No-Call/No-Show. According to our rescheduling policy, all payments and deposits for missed appointments are automatically forfeited, and future bookings may require pre-payment in full. You will be charged 100% of the full price of all scheduled service(s) missed. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Since the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY, a CANCELLATION fee will apply.

Due to the extensive planning, staffing, travel, and schedule blocking required for multi-day events, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the following policies apply regarding appointment cancellations and our rescheduling policy: 

Events Lasting 2–7 Days 

A minimum 30-day cancellation notice is required. 

Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will result in the full forfeiture of the 50% deposit for the service times or spa buyout booked, as well as all pre-paid fees. 

Events Lasting 15–25+ Days 

A minimum 60-day cancellation notice is required. 

Cancellations made with less than 60 days’ notice will result in the full forfeiture of the 50% deposit for the service times or spa buyout booked, along with all pre-paid fees.

Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may experience reduced session time out of respect for subsequent clients. Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be considered a cancellation, following the appointment cancellations policy, and are subject to the same-day cancellation policy, receiving only the reminder of the scheduled service time. We encourage clients to be mindful of our rescheduling policy to ensure a smooth experience.

All deposits—whether for standard appointments, special events, or spa buyouts—are either refundable or non-refundable based on our cancellation policy. These deposits secure your reservation and cover administrative, preparation, and time-blocking costs, which are also outlined in our rescheduling policy.

Rescheduling requests adhere to the same guidelines as appointment cancellations. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please ensure you provide the appropriate advance notice.

By booking an appointment, on-site event, Spa buy out event, or special events & services, clients acknowledge and agree to any and all terms outlined in this policy, including our appointment cancellations and rescheduling policy.
