At our establishment, careful preparation, time management, and dedicated service go into every appointment, session, and event. To protect the time, energy, and resources invested in each booking, the following policies apply to all clients:
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled without penalty. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s).
We understand that emergencies and illness can happen unexpectedly. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment—including those due to illness—significantly impact our operations and availability.
All deposits for same-day and 24-hour cancellations are non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and support of our time, energy, and commitment to providing quality service.
Failure to communicate, cancel, or arrive for your appointment is considered a No-Call/No-Show.
All payments and deposits for missed appointments are automatically forfeited, and future bookings may require pre-payment in full. You will be charged 100% of the full price of all scheduled service(s) missed. Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Because the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY, a CANCELLATION fee will apply.
Due to the extensive planning, staffing, travel, and schedule blocking required for multi-day events, the following policies apply:
Events Lasting 2–7 Days
A minimum 30-day cancellation notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will result in the full forfeiture of the 50% deposit for the service times or spa buyout booked and all pre-paid fees.
Events Lasting 15–25+ Days
A minimum 60-day cancellation notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 90 days’ notice will result in the full forfeiture of the 50% deposit for the service times or spa buyout booked and all pre-paid fees.
Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may experience reduced session time out of respect for subsequent clients.
Arrivals 15+ minutes late may be considered a cancellation, are subject to the same-day cancellation policy and/or only receive the reminder of the scheduled service time.
All deposits—whether for standard appointments, special events, or spa buyouts—are either refundable or non-refundable under the circumstances the cancellation policy. Deposits secure your reservation and cover administrative, preparation, and time-blocking costs.
Rescheduling requests follow the same guidelines as cancellations. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please provide the appropriate advance notice.
By booking an appointment, event, or service, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
